Our vision is to be the most customer-centric, goal-oriented, people-focused, holistic CEO and leadership peer group company in this industry. This may sound like a lofty goal; however, when it comes to helping our clients reach the success that they deserve, this goal is not lofty at all. In fact, it is a must!
At the CEO Advisory Council, our mission is to significantly improve the success and lives of CEOs and leaders, as well as their team members, families, and organizations in general. Our objective is to provide our peer group members with the ability to gain synergies from peer CEOs in non-compete industries. In addition, we provide a broad range of services to assist CEOs in achieving success in this ubiquitous, technology-laden world beyond the CEOs’ current frame of reference.
Unlike other CEO and leadership peer groups, we are focused on providing our members with their own private peer sounding board, technology guidance, business process improvement and executive coaching for their entire organization to help CEOs repeatably and measurably achieve success year-over-year.
An Outline of CEO Peer Groups
The CEO Advisory Council is committed to providing members with the tools, knowledge, and experiences that will allow them to maximize their success. A high-level outline of what’s included in our CEO Peer Group services is provided below:
Monthly Confidential Half-Day Sessions
Monthly confidential half-day sessions are led by an experienced facilitator in peer groups of 12 to 14 non-competing CEO members. Within these sessions, members share current business challenges and receive input from other group members based on their experience. Group accountability helps ensure progress towards each member’s highest priority goals. Within this environment, members bring discussion topics (i.e., business challenges) to a group of caring and experienced peers. Here, feedback is received that the member may not be able to get anywhere else.
Monthly Confidential One-on-One, Two-Hour Sessions
Confidential, one-on-one, two-hour sessions occur monthly between each member and their group facilitator. During these meetings, members focus on the challenges most vital to their company’s growth and success. Additionally, the facilitator works with the member to ensure continued forward progress on suggestions made by other group members during the last peer group meeting.
InsightDNA® – Understanding your behavior DNA
InsightDNA is a quick, easy and reliable survey assessment that is based on one of the most advanced instruments available. Based on years of statistical research, the powerful InsightDNA survey produces reliable results to accurately assess a person’s basic and preferred work styles. The survey examines combinations of specific traits that affect how the person works most effectively and reacts under stress. InsightDNA focuses on strengths and motivators to give individuals a deep insight into what is causing them stress and enables leaders to foster a workplace environment that reduces employee stress while improving energy and morale.
InsightDNA provides the following summary:

- The role a person feels they need to play
- How a person predictably comes across to others
- Energy resources
- Satisfaction index
- Stress levels

- Decision-making style
- Inter- and intra-team dynamics
InsightDNA is based on a proven tool called ProScan®. The peer group facilitator is certified in interpreting the InsightDNA results.
