Milton spends his spare time writing books and articles on leadership, management, business process, and motivation. He is an avid reader, a musician, and enjoys jogging and golf. He has been a vegetarian/vegan for over 30 years.

President and CEOAs Senior Advisor – Customer Experience Design (CXD), Ashok Chockalingam advises on all of the CEO Advisory Council’s design initiatives. Additionally, Ashok provides keen insight on all technology design and innovation aspects of the company’s products and services, including product design, graphic design, user experience (UX), and user interface (UI) design. Ultimately, he advises on helping the company bridge the gap between business goals & user needs.
Ashok is an expert in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) with more than 16 years of experience in digital product design. He enjoys working with various tools and technology platforms that suit our product needs. He is at his best when he is leading creative ideation teams to build “usable” products and services for our customers and community!
As a product designer, Ashok strongly believes that any great product has a limited shelf life and will be replaced by a better product soon. We have seen many examples of this in the last couple of decades. Hence, Ashok focuses on continuous learning and also encouraging his teams to adapt to the latest trends and technologies to bridge the gap between humans and technology systems.
Ashok spends his spare time writing code and coming up with new, innovative user interfaces and experiences.
